As He walks around the city during lunch break, He sees a little bit of everything but mostly the flats are what catches or doesn't catch He's eyes. He thought He would put together a list of acceptable places for Flats...Keep in mind, in reality flats should never be worn.1) A Long Stroll - fairs, festivals, full day of walking, but most of the time wedges should be worn
2) The Beach - sandals, hard to walk in heels or wedges on the sand.
3) Snowy and Rainy days - Never UGGS, but hunter boots are fine
4) ...umm...Nah that's about it
