Wasn't sure how else to do this post without the animated pictures. Tall girl like that in huge wedges, what is better? Nothing. It also helps that her friend is also rocking some high heels, on cobblestone no less. Just two HottHe's out for a morning brunch, look spot on He Approved.

Maxi Dress and Heels...He Approved

Love maxi dresses during summer. Not the ones where you ladies where flats, but the ones with wedges or heels. Then this chick has enough sense to through on a dozen or so bangles, and bam instant He Approval. "Turning heads, not being a head turning." Everyone on the street was scoping her out. Case Closed.

The ONLY 3 Places Flats Are Allowed!

As He walks around the city during lunch break, He sees a little bit of everything but mostly the flats are what catches or doesn't catch He's eyes. He thought He would put together a list of acceptable places for Flats...Keep in mind, in reality flats should never be worn.

1) A Long Stroll - fairs, festivals, full day of walking, but most of the time wedges should be worn
2) The Beach - sandals, hard to walk in heels or wedges on the sand.
3) Snowy and Rainy days - Never UGGS, but hunter boots are fine
4) ...umm...Nah that's about it

Guess that Celebrity Style...`

Sheer, ahh the beauty of sheer. Super high heels on an obviously tall girl. He loves tall girls with enough confidence to pull off even taller heels. Spring is over so we probably could have done without the flower top. Definitely had to be another better option available. While this celebrity goes back into the closet for a new top, its up to the ArmHe to guess who is this celebrity...

The Answer: Rosie Huntington, pretty sure she was a Victoria Secret model, now turned actress. None of that really matters thought, she is gorgeous, and sheer is really f*cking sexy. The black sheer dress with a little mini dress or something small underneath is quickly becoming one of He's favorite looks this summer.

How to Hail a Cab in NYC?

Short Skirt, High Heels, Good looking girl, and hide and large boxes behind the truck next to you. Stick your arm out and BINGO. Cab.

That is One Bright Jumpsuit...

Don't mind the bright orange at all. It's summer you are suppose to have bright colors. Also a fan of the pants going down past the heels, makes the legs look longer. Probably don't need the bra straps hanging out. All in All, He Approved.

High Shoes Make Legs Look 10x Better...

This is 100% proof that wearing high heels or a high wedge instantly makes your legs look better.

Is It Right to Take an Escort Out with the Family?

Now He hates to be the guy making fun of the chick in the super high heels, as He usually is the first one to take anyone's side as long as their in super high heels. But let's call a spade a spade. A nice day out in NYC this weekend, and for many it was a nice day to take the kids for the walk. But who decided to let dad bring the escort from last night out!?!? 6" black stilettos, a short black mini skirt, and a f*cking huge as purple hat. Come now sweetheart you ain't fooling anyone, we know those ain't your kids. Props to you for doing the walk in the heels, but if this isn't an extended walk of shame, not sure what is.

the NOT Shoe of the Week...Two Lips

Damn homey, there is a lot going on with these weeks Shoe of the Week by Two Lips. First off, is Two Lips suppose to be a sexual innuendo? Maybe He just has a gross mind. Anyyyyyway...top right pic is kinda cool, a hot shoe for spring weather. The other two heels are just so insane He had to post them. Not sure anyone should be wearing the gold one, but whatever. The bottom left one's aren't as terrible, but something different. Thoughts?

Higher Heels...ALL the Time!

Pamela Pekerman just tweeted that she has 5" pumps on at the airport before noon. Don't anyone try and tell He that heels all the time is unnecessary or impossible, because it's bulshit. Grab a pair of high heels and walk, no excuse, play like a champion. Shouldn't matter if your getting on an airplane, walking around the city, or going out at night, the same rule applies -

Shoe of the Week...The Six Inch

Any company with that kind of motto instantly gets He's support. These are some HIGH heels. Definitely some bad ass designs too. Very possible these things can be used as a weapon if needed as well. The company is called The Sixth Inch, many guys wish they can have something called The Six Inch but looks like the ladies get first crack. Don't ever try and tell He size doesn't matter. Hell F*cking No...Not Allowed

He always says Heels are required for all women all the time, but of course it was just a matter of time, before someone went and threw it right back in He's face. F*cking Slipper High Heels, go figure. Oh and why there were at it, let's make a Sweater Boot too. Like come on, a guy wants you to wear heels around the house, maybe even "in bed" but not a freakin slipper heel. Come on now, the ArmHe has to be better then this.

Shoe of the Week...Senso

Not the first time Senso has graced the pages of Fashion by He, their last feature was over a really cool Glitter Heel. This time they are back with more of a full collection Shoe of the Week Post. Let's take this post back to basics: 6 1/2" heel and 1 3/4" platform. Leather upper. Let He say that one more time, a 6 1/2" heel!!! Now that is what He has been talking about. He keeps hearing rumors that short kitten loser heels are gonna make a spring this Spring, but f*ck that. "The higher the heel, the hotter the girl"- Senso gets it, JC gets it, say no to small heels. You all need to keep supporting brands like Senso that refuse to go small, and raise the bar and the heel height day in and day out.

NYC Models on the Loose...

If you are model odds are last week, this week, and next week you are in NYC. Perfect for He, because who better to take pictures of then models? Well terribly dressed people of course, but with all these models walking around everyone looks worse. 75% of these models all walk around with their Model Lounge Tote bags, aka dead giveaway, as if it wasn't easy enough to spot them. Not sure why He hasn't been given a pass into this secretive lounge, as we all know the only thing that lounge is probably missing is He. What better blogger for the ModelLounge to team up with then He, in case they forgot Fashion by He takes people to the next level, a few of those models become HottHe's of the week and well see whose calling who.
