Probably the most intense heels we have every seen. Not even sure where the shoe starts and the leather/pleather pants end. The gold cowboy boot spur accents are definitely overkill. But it is hard to hate on a chick walking the streets of the city shopping in big girl heels.

Audrina Patridge, Camila Alves and More Kick off Fashion Week for Heart Truth

On Wednesday evening, a bevy of beautiful women gathered to paint Lincoln Center red in the name of heart disease awareness with the Heart Truth Red Dress show. Among the women who took to the catwalk were style stars Dita Von Teese, Audrina Patridge and Camilla Alves, all of whom looked radiant in arresting red confections.

Also spotted on the runway: Julianne Hough, Denise Richards, rapper Eve and music icon Patti LaBelle. One of the most popular models wasToday's Ann Curry, who modeled a one-shoulder Carmen Marc Valvo gown. Actress Eva Amurri made an appearance as well, while proud mom Susan Sarandon watched from the front row.
