EDITORS NOTE: He wrote this post before the recent Nobel Peace Prize winners were announced. He actually had NO idea that the peace prize was even being given out last week.

Pretty sure Jeffrey Campbell was first on the scene with the American Flag Litas', then every other person in the world came out with an American Flag something. For all America hears about how the rest of the world hates us, all it took was one shoe designer to slap the American flag on a pair of high heels and what do you know all the sudden, the entire world is showing off their American Pride.

Today marks the first ever Shoe Showdown by He. Picked 2 of the hottest brands and highest shoes for the launch of this segment. How could this go wrong? He will put up pictures of of two different shoes, maybe it'll evolve into designers, clothing etc, but for now, its shoes. Pick your favorite shoe designer. Easy as He. Shoe Showdown by He. He featured the pair on the right a while back as a Shoe of the Week - "Iris Van Herpen x United Nude" and these New Jeffrey Campbells just were released. So before you make a decision on which shoe wins, remember that United Nude heels were out before the Jeffrey Campbells. As much as Fashion by He loves JC, He has to wonder if there was a hint of copy-cat going on here. Anyway, there is a slight price difference, JC are like $160 and the UNs are $995, personally HE likes the UNs better, they are just more of an eye catcher then the JC shoes.
