It is very important that you try and keep your diet as health as possile in Ramadan, and that's because you will be fasting all day long .. so you should put something healthy in your tummy by the end of the day :) ..
Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) used to break his fast by eating 7 dates and drinking Laban drink. I try to do that every day in Ramadan, as it is a good thing because we are folloing phohpet mohammed's actions and it is also extremely healthy.
After having Iftar, I tend to eat lots of fruits and vegetables.. just don't go crazy on your stomache with oily foods... Just be light and drink lots of water!!
