I Just read the following quote by Bill Gates, and it really inspired me:
From this quote, I realized that you have to have your downs, in order to get to your tops .. and of course Bill Gates did not get what he has now in a perfect way, he obviously had a hard time and alot of downs in order to get to the successful position...
This quote really taught me that I shouldnt get extremely upset for bad or unexpected results, but say that I will try harder next time..
